REPORT OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEE

We, the undersigned conferees, have had under consideration the amendments to the following entitled BILL:

AMEND FURTHER by inserting the following new Section 17 after line 248 and renumbering succeeding sections:

SECTION 17. Of the funds appropriated in Sections 10 and 11, an amount not to exceed One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,800,000.00) shall be used for technological methods for agricultural programs.

AMEND FURTHER by striking Section 22, lines 319 through 322.

AMEND FURTHER lines 354 and 355 by changing "Five Hundred Sixty-four Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-two Dollars ($564,492.00)" to "Five Hundred Seventy-nine Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-four Dollars ($579,464.00)"

AMEND FURTHER line 382 by changing the period to a comma and adding the following: "Arts Institute, Jackson State University Media Center, Jobs for Mississippi Graduates, Mississippi Symphony and Wildlife Museum.

 

AMEND FURTHER by striking lines 383 through 390 and renumbering succeeding sections.
