A RESOLUTION PROCLAIMING SATURDAY, MARCH 25, 2000, AS NATIONAL GUARD NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS ASSOCIATION AND NATIONAL GUARD NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS AUXILIARY ASSOCIATION DAY AND COMMENDING THE NATIONAL GUARD NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS ASSOCIATION AND NATIONAL GUARD NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS AUXILIARY ASSOCIATION FOR THEIR SERVICE.

WHEREAS, on Saturday, March 25, 2000, the National Guard Non-Commissioned Officers Association and the National Guard Non-Commissioned Officers Auxiliary Association will celebrate the founding of these service organizations; and

WHEREAS, the National Guard Non-Commissioned Officers Association and the National Guard Non-Commissioned Officers Auxiliary Association have made a difference in the lives of the men and women of the Armed Forces who serve and have served this state and nation; and

WHEREAS, the National Guard Non-Commissioned Officers Association and the National Guard Non-Commissioned Officers Auxiliary Association are known for their service and commitment to these loyal and dedicated men and women who fulfill the military obligations of our nation; and

WHEREAS, these organizations are an essential part of local communities serving through their community service projects and promoting patriotism; and

WHEREAS, it is the policy of the Mississippi Senate to recognize and commend the contributions of our loyal and dedicated citizens:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, That we do hereby proclaim Saturday, March 25, 2000, as National Guard Non-Commissioned Officers Association and National Guard Non-Commissioned Officers Auxiliary Association Day and commend the National Guard Non-Commissioned Officers Association and the National Guard Non-Commissioned Officers Auxiliary Association for their service to the loyal and dedicated men and women of our Armed Forces.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That copies of this resolution be presented to the National Guard Non-Commissioned Officers Association and the National Guard Non-Commissioned Officers Auxiliary Association.
