A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION COMMENDING CHARLES RAY STUCKEY FOR HIS DEDICATED SERVICE AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO MARION COUNTY YOUTH.
WHEREAS, Charles Ray Stuckey, a native of Marion County, Mississippi, has served as an educator for ten years; and
WHEREAS, Charles Ray Stuckey has been very active in Future Farmers of America and 4-H on the state and local level, serving on various boards and contest committees for both organizations; and
WHEREAS, Charles Ray Stuckey has served on the local craft committee for the Marion County Career Center Electrical Trade Program; and
WHEREAS, Charles Ray Stuckey has worked with area schools providing programs of interest as Manager of Member Services for Pearl River Valley Electric Power Association; and
WHEREAS, in 1986, Charles Ray Stuckey helped to develop the Electric Power Association of Mississippi Washington Youth Tour and Leadership Seminar; and
WHEREAS, Charles Ray Stuckey is a member of Woodlawn United Pentecostal Church in Columbia, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, Charles Ray Stuckey and his wife, Janet, have one son, Benjamin Charles; and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the Legislature to commend the tireless devotion and dedicated service of its citizens:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING THEREIN, That we do hereby commend Charles Ray Stuckey for his dedicated service and many contributions to Marion County youth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That copies of this resolution be furnished to Charles Ray Stuckey and made available to the Capitol Press Corps.
