AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE TOWN OF PRENTISS, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE VETERANS MEMORIAL MUSEUM, INCORPORATED; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the Town of Prentiss, Mississippi, in their discretion, are authorized to contribute up to a maximum amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) from any available funds, during the calendar year 2000, to the Veterans Memorial Museum, Incorporated.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
