AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF SCOTT COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO EXPEND FUNDS FROM THE SOLID WASTE FUND OF SAID COUNTY FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF MUDLINE ROAD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Scott County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may expend funds annually from the Solid Waste Fund of said county for the purpose of maintaining Mudline Road located in said county, along with any other sources available to maintain said road.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
