AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CLARKE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE A CERTAIN AMOUNT ANNUALLY TO THE BOY AND GIRLS CLUB OF CLARKE COUNTY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Clarke County, Mississippi, is authorized, in its discretion, to contribute from any available funds of the county, an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) annually to the Boys and Girls Club of Clarke County to support its local efforts.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
