AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 73-3-401, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH PROVIDES A REPEALER FOR THE BOARD OF BAR ADMISSIONS AND FOR CERTAIN REGULATIONS REGARDING THE PRACTICE OF LAW IN THIS STATE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. Section 73-3-401, Mississippi Code of 1972, which provides a repealer for the Board of Bar Admissions and for certain regulations regarding the practice of law in this state, is repealed.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
