AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 41-29-537, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REVISE THE REPEALER FOR INTERCEPTION OF WIRE OR ORAL COMMUNICATIONS BY THE BUREAU OF NARCOTICS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. Section 41-29-537, Mississippi Code of 1972, is amended as follows:

41-29-537. Sections 41-29-501 through 41-29-536, Mississippi Code of 1972, shall stand repealed on July 1, 2004.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
