AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF HATTIESBURG TO DONATE A SUM OF MONEY TO THE INTERACTION FACTORY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the City of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, are authorized, in their discretion, to donate, from any available funds, a sum not to exceed Two Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Dollars ($2,380.00) during the calendar year 2000, to the Interaction Factory for the programs of the educational center.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
