AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 83-2-19, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH REQUIRES EACH PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURER TO ANNUALLY SUBMIT A REPORT OF ITS LOSS AND EXPENSE EXPERIENCE TO THE COMMISSIONER OF INSURANCE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. Section 83-2-19, Mississippi Code of 1972, which requires each insurer licensed to write property and casualty insurance in this state to annually submit a report of its loss and expense experience to the Commissioner of Insurance, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
