A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION COMMENDING THE LIFE OF MR. AUTHOR WAYNE COLEMAN AND EXPRESSING DEEPEST SYMPATHY TO HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS UPON HIS PASSING.
WHEREAS, Mr. Author Wayne Coleman departed this life, causing great loss to his family and friends; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Coleman, the son of Aden and Zera Coleman, was born on the 26th day of January, 1958; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Coleman, a graduate of Beat Four High School, served in the United States Army and retired with an honorable discharge; and
WHEREAS, furthering his education, Mr. Coleman completed Temple University of the Pennsylvania System of Higher Education and the Charles Harrison Mason Theological Seminary of The Church of God in Christ; and
WHEREAS, on June 21, 1980, Mr. Coleman married his grade school sweetheart, the former Miss Roy Ann McSwain, and to this union two children were born, Ama`ziah TriShata Qiana and Daniel D'Wayne; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Coleman is survived by his wife, children, parents and a host of relatives:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, THE SENATE CONCURRING THEREIN, That we do hereby commend the life of Mr. Author Wayne Coleman and express our deepest sympathy to his family and friends upon his passing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That copies of this resolution be furnished to the family of Mr. Author Wayne Coleman and to the members of the Capitol Press Corps.
