AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS OF THE GULF COAST, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Harrison County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute to the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Gulf Coast, Inc., out of any available funds, in an amount not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00), during the 2000 calendar year.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
