AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TUNICA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO AARON E. HENRY COMMUNITY HEALTH CLINIC, INC., TO BE USED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUPPORTING PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION IN AND FOR THE RESIDENTS OF TUNICA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Tunica County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute during calendar year 2000, out of any available funds, an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) to Aaron E. Henry Community Health Clinic, Inc., solely for the purpose of supporting public transportation in and for the residents of Tunica County, Mississippi.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
