AN ACT TO NAME THE NEW ARCHIVES AND HISTORY BUILDING TO BE LOCATED IN JACKSON, MISSISSIPPI; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The new Archives and History Building to be located on the corner of Amite Street and North Street in Jackson, Mississippi, shall be named the William F. Winter Archives and History Building.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
