AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT THE MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SHALL CONSTRUCT ADDITIONAL TURN LANES AT TWO CERTAIN INTERSECTIONS ON U.S. HIGHWAY 51 IN DESOTO COUNTY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall construct additional and separate turn lanes for motor vehicle traffic on U.S. Highway 51 in Desoto County at the intersection of U.S. Highway 51 and Church Road and at the intersection of U.S. Highway 51 and Nesbit Road.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
