AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 4 OF CHAPTER 492, LAWS OF 1994, TO DELETE THE REPEALER ON SECTIONS 27-7-22.7 AND 27-7-22.9, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH PROVIDE AN INCOME TAX CREDIT FOR USE OF STATE PORTS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. Section 4, Chapter 492, Laws of 1994, is amended as follows:

SECTION 4. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after January 1, 1994 * * *.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
