AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF GEORGE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO RETIRE INDEBTEDNESS TO THE BANK OF LUCEDALE AND THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF LUCEDALE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of George County, Mississippi, is authorized to retire indebtedness to the Bank of Lucedale and the First National Bank of Lucedale from any available funds of the county.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
