AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF KEMPER COUNTY TO SELL CERTAIN LAND TO THE LITTLE ROCK COMMUNITY CLUB, INC., BY PRIVATE SALE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Education of Kemper County, Mississippi, is hereby authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to convey absolutely, by private sale, to the Little Rock Community Club, Inc., for nominal consideration, the following described land, together with the building and improvements thereon:

Fraction of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4,

being three (3) acres more or less in the Southwest

corner and a fraction of the Southeast 1/4 of the

Northwest 1/4, being two (2) acres more or less,

containing in all five (5) acres more or less, and

being situated in Section 10, Township 10 North,

Range 14 East, Kemper County, Mississippi.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
