AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF HARRISON COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS SOCIETY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Harrison County, Mississippi, is hereby authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to contribute during Fiscal Year 1996-1997 to the Mississippi Gulf Coast Multiple Sclerosis Society, out of any available county funds, an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
