A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION COMMENDING KRISTEN EARLES ON BEING CROWNED MISSISSIPPI MISS HOSPITALITY. 

WHEREAS, Kristen Earles is a 1992 honor graduate of Magee High School, where she was elected Miss Magee High School, Homecoming Queen, Most Beautiful, a cheerleader and Student Body President; and

WHEREAS, Kristen Earles is an honor graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College, and while at Copiah-Lincoln Community College, Kristen Earles was Miss Co-Lin, Most Beautiful, a Wolfpack Cheerleader, Homecoming Maid, Student Government President and also inducted into Co-Lin's Hall of Fame; and

WHEREAS, Kristen Earles graduated with honors from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in elementary education; and

WHEREAS, Kristen Earles was in Chi Omega Sorority, Kappa Delta Gamma Honor Society, the Baptist Student Union and participated in community service projects; and

WHEREAS, Kristen Earles, an employee of the Simpson County Schools, also was Simpson County's 1992 Junior Miss; and

WHEREAS, Kristen Earles is currently Mississippi Miss Hospitality and is traveling as an ambassador for our state:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, THE SENATE CONCURRING THEREIN, That we do hereby commend and congratulate Kristen Earles on being named Mississippi Miss Hospitality.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That copies of this resolution be furnished to Kristen Earles and the members of the Capitol Press Corps.
