AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE TOWN OF SUMNER, MISSISSIPPI, TO EXPEND TOWN FUNDS AND USE TOWN EMPLOYEES AND EQUIPMENT TO MAINTAIN THE BANKS OF CASSIDY BAYOU WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the Town of Sumner, Mississippi, in their discretion, may expend town funds and use town employees and town equipment to perform services as the town deems necessary for the maintenance and upkeep of the banks of Cassidy Bayou located within the corporate limits of the Town of Sumner.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
