AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE HARRISON COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO THE ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION, SOUTH MISSISSIPI CHAPTER.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Harrison County Board of Supervisors may, in its discretion, appropriate out of any available county funds an amount not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) to the Alzheimer's Association, South Mississippi Chapter during the 1997-1998 fiscal year.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
