Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 25-15-9, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REQUIRE THE STATE EMPLOYEES HEALTH INSURANCE MANAGEMENT BOARD TO DESIGN A PLAN OF LONG-TERM CARE INSURANCE FOR ACTIVE AND RETIRED EMPLOYEES; TO PROVIDE AN INCOME TAX CREDIT FOR PREMIUMS PAID DURING THE TAXABLE YEAR FOR CERTAIN QUALIFIED LONG-TERM CARE INSURANCE POLICIES; TO LIMIT THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF THE CREDIT; TO PROVIDE THAT ANY UNUSED TAX CREDIT SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE CARRIED FORWARD TO APPLY TO THE TAXPAYER'S SUCCEEDING YEARS' TAX LIABILITY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
