Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 37-106-29, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT ANY MISSISSIPPI RESIDENT AGE 65 OR OVER SHALL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A SCHOLARSHIP EQUAL TO THE FULL COST OF TUITION AT ANY STATE INSTITUTION OF HIGHER LEARNING OR PUBLIC COMMUNITY COLLEGE; TO PROVIDE THAT SUCH WAIVER SHALL BE ADMINISTERED UNDER THE MISSISSIPPI RESIDENT TUITION ASSISTANCE GRANT PROGRAM (MTAG); AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
