Title: AN ACT TO CREATE THE ST. CATHERINE CREEK UTILITY AUTHORITY WITHIN ADAMS COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI; TO PROVIDE THAT THE AUTHORITY SHALL BE GOVERNED BY A BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPOINTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ADAMS COUNTY; TO PROVIDE FOR THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS; TO AUTHORIZE THE AUTHORITY TO PLAN, ACQUIRE, CONSTRUCT, MAINTAIN, OPERATE AND COORDINATE SOLID WASTE, STORM WATER, WATER AND WASTEWATER SYSTEMS IN ORDER TO ENSURE THE DELIVERY OF SOLID WASTE, STORM WATER, WATER AND WASTEWATER SERVICES TO CITIZENS RESIDING WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF ADAMS COUNTY; TO AUTHORIZE THE AUTHORITY TO ISSUE REVENUE BONDS TO PROVIDE FUNDS NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE THE PURPOSES OF THIS ACT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
