Title: AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT ANY AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE POLICY THAT ALLOWS FOR THE USE OF OTHER THAN ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER PARTS IN THE REPAIR OF DAMAGED VEHICLES MUST HAVE THE PROVISION OF THE POLICY PROVIDING FOR THE USE OF SUCH PARTS PRINTED IN A CONSPICUOUS FONT IN BOLD PRINT AND IN NO LESS THAN TWELVE-POINT TYPE; TO PROVIDE THAT A POLICY ALSO MUST INCLUDE A SEPARATE FORM TO BE SIGNED BY THE INSURED INDICATING WHETHER HE RECEIVED NOTICE OF SUCH PROVISION OF THE POLICY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
