Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 27-65-75, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT A PORTION OF THE AVAILS OF THE TAX IMPOSED IN SECTION 27-65-23, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, THAT IS DERIVED FROM SALES BY COTTON COMPRESSES OR COTTON WAREHOUSES SHALL BE DEPOSITED INTO THE BOLL WEEVIL MANAGEMENT FUND UNTIL ALL DEBTS OR OTHER OBLIGATIONS INCURRED BY THE CERTIFIED COTTON GROWERS ORGANIZATION UNDER THE MISSISSIPPI BOLL WEEVIL MANAGEMENT ACT BEFORE JANUARY 1, 2007, ARE SATISFIED; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
