Title: AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO LOCATE A COUNTY JAIL ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTY; TO PROVIDE THAT IF THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF A COUNTY JAIL IS WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF A MUNICIPALITY, A COUNTY JAIL MAY NOT BE LOCATED IN SUCH MUNICIPALITY WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE MUNICIPALITY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
