Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 41-7-191, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT THE REOPENING OF A HEALTH CARE FACILITY WHICH HAS CEASED TO OPERATE FOR 12 MONTHS REQUIRES A CERTIFICATE OF NEED, TO REVISE THE DEFINITION OF NEW HEALTH SERVICES, TO REVISE THE DEFINITION OF RELOCATION OF HEALTH SERVICES REQUIRING A CERTIFICATE OF NEED AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE REPLACEMENT OR RELOCATION OF A CRITICAL ACCESS HOSPITAL IS EXEMPT FROM CERTIFICATE OF NEED REVIEW; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
