Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 37-3-2, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT PERSONS POSSESSING A BACHELOR'S DEGREE AND A PROFESSIONAL LICENSE ISSUED BY AN AGENCY OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI SHALL BE LICENSED BY THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION TO TEACH ON AN EXPERT CITIZEN BASIS AND SHALL BE ALLOWED TO TEACH ANY COURSE IN GRADES 9-12 WITHOUT RESTRICTION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
