Title: AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LAMAR COUNTY TO ADOPT AND ENFORCE, WITH RESPECT TO THE UNINCORPORATED PART OF THE COUNTY, ZONING ORDINANCES, REGULATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS GOVERNING THE ERECTION, CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, REPAIR AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LANDS; TO PROVIDE THAT SUCH ZONING ORDINANCES, REGULATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS NEED NOT BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN EMBRACING THE ENTIRE COUNTY BUT MAY BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH A PLAN APPLICABLE TO ANY PART OR PORTION OF THE COUNTY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
