Title: AN ACT MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING THE COSTS OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND CHANCERY COURT DEPARTMENTS, OFFICES OF THE DISTRICT ATTORNEYS AND CRIMINAL INDIGENT DEFENSE IN HANCOCK, HARRISON AND JACKSON COUNTIES THAT ARE ORDINARILY FUNDED BY THE COUNTIES, BUT WHICH THE COUNTIES WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FUND ADEQUATELY BECAUSE OF LOSS OF REVENUES AS A RESULT OF HURRICANE KATRINA, FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING UPON THE PASSAGE OF THIS ACT AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2007.
