Title: AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT THE UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOL OF PHARMACY SHALL GRANT A NONTRADITIONAL DOCTOR OF PHARMACY (PHARMD) DEGREE TO ANY LICENSED PHARMACIST IN MISSISSIPPI WHO HOLDS A BACHELOR OF SCIENCE DEGREE IN PHARMACY, WHO HAS AT LEAST FIVE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A PHARMACIST, AND WHO HAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED MINIMUM CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS IN CERTAIN FIELDS OF DISEASE STATE MANAGEMENT; TO DIRECT THE UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOL OF PHARMACY TO OFFER OR PROVIDE FOR THE OFFERING OF CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES IN CERTAIN FIELDS OF DISEASE STATE MANAGEMENT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
