Title: AN ACT TO REENACT SECTIONS 73-3-2 THROUGH 73-3-59, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH CREATE THE BOARD OF BAR ADMISSIONS AND PRESCRIBE ITS DUTIES AND POWERS, AND WHICH PROVIDE CERTAIN REGULATIONS REGARDING THE PRACTICE OF LAW IN THIS STATE; TO REPEAL SECTION 73-3-401, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE REPEAL OF SECTIONS 73-3-2 THROUGH 73-3-59, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, BEING THOSE SECTIONS WHICH CREATE THE BOARD OF BAR ADMISSIONS AND PRESCRIBE ITS DUTIES AND POWERS AND PROVIDE CERTAIN REGULATIONS REGARDING THE PRACTICE OF LAW IN THIS STATE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
