Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 25-15-9, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REQUIRE THAT EMPLOYEES MUST HAVE BEEN PARTICIPANTS IN THE STATE AND SCHOOL EMPLOYEES HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN FOR TWO YEARS OR MORE TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PLAN UPON THEIR RETIREMENT; TO DELETE THE PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE STATE AND SCHOOL EMPLOYEES LIFE INSURANCE PLAN; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
