Title: AN ACT TO REQUIRE EMPLOYERS TO PROVIDE REASONABLE UNPAID BREAK TIME EACH DAY TO EMPLOYEES WHO NEED TO EXPRESS BREAST MILK FOR THE EMPLOYEE'S INFANT CHILD; TO PROVIDE THAT THE BREAK TIME SHALL RUN CONCURRENTLY WITH ANY BREAK TIME ALREADY PROVIDED TO THE EMPLOYEES, IF POSSIBLE; TO PROVIDE THAT EMPLOYERS SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE BREAK TIME UNDER THIS ACT IF IT WOULD UNDULY DISRUPT THE OPERATIONS OF THE EMPLOYER; TO PROVIDE THAT EMPLOYERS SHALL MAKE REASONABLE EFFORTS TO PROVIDE A ROOM OR OTHER LOCATION IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE WORK AREA WHERE EMPLOYEES CAN EXPRESS BREAST MILK IN PRIVACY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
