Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS 67-1-37, 67-3-31, 67-3-37 AND 67-3-74, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO EXTEND UNTIL JULY 1, 2007, THE REPEAL DATE ON THE PROVISIONS THAT AUTHORIZE THE ENFORCEMENT AGENTS OF THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL DIVISION OF THE STATE TAX COMMISSION TO ENFORCE CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LIGHT WINE AND BEER LAWS; TO AMEND SECTION 67-3-69, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REVISE THE ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY THE STATE TAX COMMISSION FOR THE SALE OF LIGHT BEER OR WINE TO A PERSON WHO IS VISIBLY INTOXICATED OR WHO IS UNDER THE AGE OF 21 YEARS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
