Title: AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 63-3-505, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH PROVIDES THAT A DRIVER MUST DECREASE SPEED AT INTERSECTIONS, CURVES, HILL CRESTS, ON NARROW OR WINDING ROADS OR WHEN SPECIAL HAZARDS EXIST, AND THAT ALL TRUCKS, OR TRUCK-TRAILER COMBINATIONS AND PASSENGER BUSES MUST REDUCE SPEED TO 45 MILES PER HOUR DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER; TO PROHIBIT PORNOGRAPHIC VIDEOS IN A VEHICLE WHEN OBSERVABLE BY ANY PERSON WHO IS NOT OCCUPYING THE VEHICLE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
