Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 43-21-613, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO AUTHORIZE THE YOUTH COURT TO ORDER ANNUAL PERMANENCY HEARINGS FOR CHILDREN ADJUDICATED ABUSED OR NEGLECTED WHO REMAIN IN THE CUSTODY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES; TO PROVIDE THAT A JUDGE OR REFEREE SHALL REQUIRE A WRITTEN REPORT, INFORMATION OR STATEMENTS FOR THE MODIFICATION OF DISPOSITION ORDERS FOR CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN ABUSED OR NEGLECTED; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
