Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 19-5-331, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REVISE THE DEFINITION OF THE TERM "SERVICE ADDRESS," AS THAT TERM IS USED IN THE FORMULA FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF E-911 SERVICE CHARGES ASSESSED AGAINST ALL WIRELESS CUSTOMERS BY THE COMMERCIAL MOBILE RADIO SERVICE (CMRS) BOARD, TO MEAN THE LEGAL RESIDENCE OF A WIRELESS CUSTOMER; TO AMEND SECTION 19-5-333, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, IN CONFORMITY THERETO; TO BRING FORWARD SECTION 19-5-335, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH REQUIRES CMRS PROVIDERS TO COLLECT THE CMRS SERVICE CHARGE FROM WIRELESS CUSTOMERS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
