Title: AN ACT TO REENACT AND AMEND SECTIONS 37-13-81 THROUGH 37-13-89, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH CREATE AND EMPOWER THE OFFICE OF COMPULSORY SCHOOL ATTENDANCE ENFORCEMENT IN THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, AND TO AMEND SECTION 9 OF CHAPTER 566, LAWS OF 1998, TO EXTEND THE REPEALER ON THOSE STATUTES WHICH CREATE AND EMPOWER THE OFFICE OF COMPULSORY SCHOOL ATTENDANCE ENFORCEMENT IN THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
