Title: AN ACT TO CREATE NEW SECTION 25-11-116.1, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT CONSERVATION OFFICERS EMPLOYED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF WILDLIFE, FISHERIES AND PARKS WHO HAVE AT LEAST TWENTY-FIVE YEARS OF CREDITABLE SERVICE OR WHO ARE AT LEAST FIFTY-FIVE YEARS OF AGE AND WHO RETIRE BEFORE JULY 1, 2002, SHALL BE CREDITED WITH AN ADDITIONAL TWO YEARS OF SERVICE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
