Title: AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE CREATION AND OWNERSHIP OF A MINERAL SERVITUDE; TO DEFINE TERMS; TO ALLOW A PERSON THE RIGHT OF ENJOYMENT OF LAND BELONGING TO ANOTHER FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXPLORING FOR AND PRODUCING MINERALS AND REDUCING THEM TO POSSESSION AND OWNERSHIP UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS; TO PROVIDE FOR THE EXTINGUISHMENT OF A MINERAL SERVITUDE; TO REQUIRE CERTAIN PAYMENT OF COSTS OF OPERATION; TO PROVIDE THAT A LANDOWNER MAY EXTEND A MINERAL SERVITUDE BEYOND THE PRESCRIPTIVE DATE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
