Title: AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT IF A STATE AGENCY ABOLISHES A JOB POSITION FOR WHICH MONEY WAS ALLOCATED IN THE AGENCY'S APPROPRIATION BILL, THE AGENCY SHALL NOT EXPEND ANY OF THE MONEY THAT WAS ALLOCATED FOR THE ABOLISHED JOB POSITION TO INCREASE THE SALARY, WAGES OR FRINGE BENEFITS OF ANY OTHER JOB POSITION OR FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE, AND THE UNEXPENDED AMOUNT OF GENERAL FUNDS THAT WERE ALLOCATED FOR THE ABOLISHED JOB POSITION SHALL LAPSE INTO THE STATE GENERAL FUND AT THE END OF THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
