Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 67-1-14, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO AUTHORIZE A CERTAIN MUNICIPALITY LOCATED IN A COUNTY WHICH HAS VOTED AGAINST COMING OUT FROM UNDER THE DRY TO HOLD AN ELECTION TO VOTE TO COME OUT FROM UNDER THE DRY LAW; TO RESTRICT THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN SUCH MUNICIPALITY TO HOTELS AND RESTAURANTS; TO AUTHORIZE SUCH MUNICIPALITY TO REGULATE THE TYPES OF ESTABLISHMENTS THAT QUALIFY AS A HOTEL OR A RESTAURANT; TO AMEND SECTION 67-1-5, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, IN CONFORMITY THERETO; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
