Title: AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES SHALL COLLECT AND REPORT UPON ALL DATA IN CONNECTION WITH FEDERALLY FUNDED OR ASSISTED WELFARE PROGRAMS AS FEDERAL LAW MAY REQUIRE, INCLUDING SECTION 411 OF THE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND WORK OPPORTUNITY RECONCILIATION ACT OF 1996 AND TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE FOR NEEDY FAMILIES (TANF) AND MAKE SUCH INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC; TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES TO CONTRACT WITH THE WELFARE POLICY INSTITUTE TO CONDUCT A LONGITUDINAL STUDY OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TANF; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
