Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 85-7-251, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO DELETE THE REQUIREMENT THAT A MOTOR VEHICLE WHICH HAS BEEN LEFT WITHOUT PERMISSION ON THE REAL PROPERTY OF ANY PERSON MUST HAVE BEEN LEFT FOR AT LEAST TWENTY-FOUR HOURS IN ORDER FOR A TOWING OR STORAGE COMPANY TO BE ENTITLED TO A LIEN ON THE VEHICLE FOR THE COSTS OF TOWING AND STORAGE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
