Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 27-19-56, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO INCREASE TO FIVE YEARS THE AMOUNT OF TIME THAT A PHYSICIAN MUST CERTIFY THAT A PERSON WILL HAVE A DISABILITY IN ORDER FOR SUCH PERSON TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A SPECIAL LICENSE TAG FOR DISABLED PERSONS; TO PROVIDE THAT WINDSHIELD PLACARDS ISSUED BY THE STATE TAX COMMISSION SHALL BE VALID FOR THE PERIOD OF TIME THAT LICENSE TAGS ATTACHED UPON A MOTOR VEHICLE ARE VALID; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
