Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 25-11-112, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT THE AMOUNT OF THE ADDITIONAL PAYMENT TO PERSONS WHO ARE RECEIVING A RETIREMENT OR DISABILITY ALLOWANCE FROM THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM SHALL BE INCREASED TO THREE PERCENT OF THE ANNUAL RETIREMENT ALLOWANCE FOR EACH FULL FISCAL YEAR OF RETIREMENT AFTER JUNE 30, 1999; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
