Title: AN ACT TO REQUIRE THE COMMISSIONER OF PUBLIC SAFETY TO GIVE AT LEAST ONE WEEK'S PRIOR WRITTEN NOTICE TO THE OWNERS OR OPERATORS OF ALL BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS THAT ARE LOCATED ON OR ADJACENT TO AN INTERSTATE HIGHWAY OR STATE HIGHWAY WITHIN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY OF THE POINT WHERE THE MISSISSIPPI HIGHWAY SAFETY PATROL WILL CONDUCT A MOTOR VEHICLE TRAFFIC STOP OR ROADBLOCK FOR THE PURPOSE OF CHECKING DRIVER'S LICENSES OR MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTION STICKERS OR FOR THE PURPOSE OF PERFORMING OTHER LAWFUL LAW ENFORCEMENT DUTIES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
